An amazing opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to work at our animal practice in Kent.

This is an exclusive customer service role and will be to help answer calls and direct emergencies for pets in need of medical care.

The duties in this role are :

Cuddling pets. Yes, that’s a must. Pets are everything to our amazing teams.

Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient and caring manner

Helping direct clients to the clinic

Answering emails and enquiries

Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to

Scanning documents to patients files

Taking payment at time of treatment

Advising clients of our Healthcare plan

Processing / logging Insurance Claims

Administration of our 0% finance for those in need of help with cost

We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Care Assistant and are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our small animal practice based in Kent.

You will be supporting the practice by performing a variety of duties, such as ensuring the practice maintains high clinical standards throughout, maintaining kennels and the general environment following cleaning protocols, feeding animals, animal handling and behaviour, reporting back to and assisting nurses with patient care and preparing medical equipment.

Kennel assistant to assist in looking after dogs and puppies. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in animals, who is hardworking, energetic and reliable.

All aspects of kennels and cattery duties will involve assisting in the day to day care of the dogs and cats, cleaning all dog and cat runs, dog/ cat handling, bathing and grooming, feeding, maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all areas, seeing to customers, office duties.
